DISCLAIMER

MOL's scope of liability on Point of Sale (”POS”) Account and Game Pin Policy:-

  1. Operator/Reseller shall keep their POS Account password and game pin securely and confidentially. Operator/Reseller shall not at any time and under any circumstances reveal or disclose Account’s Password and game pin to any unauthorized party and shall take all steps to prevent the disclosure of the Account’s Password and game pin to any unauthorized party.

  2. Operator/ Reseller shall be liable for all transactions performed / conducted through their POS Account.

  3. Razer Gold shall not be responsible for any game pins that are, including but not limited to, stolen, lost or redeemed by any party after the game pins had been purchased by the users by the Operator/Reseller.

  4. In the event that the game pin purchased by a user is invalid, the Operator/Reseller shall direct the user to contact the game / service provider's customer care department directly or Razer Gold’s customer care at customercare.kl@razer.com.

  5. Razer Gold reserves the right to change this POS Account and Game Pin Policy with by giving Operator/Reseller twenty one (21) days prior notice on Razer Gold website’s news section.

  6. When POS Account user make a purchase on the site, Operator/Reseller understands and agrees on Razer Gold's POS Account and Game Pin Policy and excludes Razer Gold from any liability in connection with and arising out of the Razer Gold's POS Account and Game Pin Policy.
